He was predeceased by: his parents, Elias Foley and Margaret Foley; his brother Clarence; his parents-in-law, Fred and Minnie Clouter; and his uncle Frank Kenney.
He is survived by: his wife Enid; his son Paul (Amy); his granddaughters, Rachel and Emma; his nephew Nathan; his siblings, Joan Polychronis (George), Nellie Haye, Anne Temblett (Greg), Terry (Theresa) and Noble (Sharon); and his sister-in-law Arlene Goodyear (John). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
