He was predeceased by: his son Fredrick John (Rick); his parents, Fredrick Sullivan and Emily Sullivan; his brother Warren Sullivan; his nephews, James (Jimmy) and Bradley Sullivan; and his parents-in-law, Patrick Turner and Jean Turner.

He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his siblings, Geraldine Hicks (Bernard), Earl Sullivan (Addie) and Evelyn Hudson (Winston); his siblings-in-law, Jill Turner, David Lewis and John Turner; and his nephew Jonah Lewis. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews and friends.
