He is survived by: his siblings, David Chafe of Thompson, MB, Frank Martinez (Cheryl) of Winnipeg, MB, Ross Dicks (Allison Richards) of Gloucester, ON, Pauline Reid (Don) of Hopeall, Helen Martinez and Clarice Ruby (Allan) of St. John's; his cousins, Lillian Power, Danny Power (Donna), Robert Barker (Joy), Teresa Barker of St. John's and Charles Barker; and his siblings' children, Shawn, Jeff, Lisa, Helen Marie, Donald, Peter, Mitchell, Corey, Alexandra, Kathryn, Callum, Quinn, Brayden, Paige, Kayden, Tyson, Madelyn, Lawson and Toren.
