He was predeceased by: his wife Beverley Anne Johnson; his parents, David Perry and Mary Perry; his grandparents, John, Susannah Tilley, David and Christina Perry; his parents-in-law, James and Anne Johnson; his aunts and uncles, Edward Tilley, Anne, Steve Maher and Marie Kendrick; his nephews, David and Jay; his brother-in-law Donald Lundrigan; and his pets, Scottie and Pepper.
He is survived by: his siblings, Ian (Suzanne), Christina, Brian, Susan (Drexel) and Sheena (Philip); his nephews, Scott (Hannah) and John Perry (Nicole); his uncles, Norman Perry (Betty) and Frank Kendrick; his cousin Annie Casey (family: Carol Ann, Dave Lincoln); his stepchildren, Shelby and Christian; his close friend Nick Holden; his friends, Paul and Judy Heffernan; and his pet Harley.
