David George Cook Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David George Cook (Torbay, Newfoundland), who passed away on November 17, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George and Grace of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; his parents-in-law, John (Jack) and Mary Courtney of Mount Pearl; his brother-in-law Bren Dalton of Cape Broyle; and his nieces, Michelle and Melissa.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth (Betty); his children, David C. (Toni) of Raleigh and Nancy; his grandson David J. of Raleigh; his sister Rosemary Mazuc (George); his siblings-in-law, John, Leonard (Blanche), Jim Courtney (Bernadine), Eileen Dalton (Martin), Anna Walsh (Jim) and Donna Waterman (Iggy); and his close friends, Florence, Paddy Roche (Ed) of St. John's, Mary Carey and Joe Budden. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and a large circle of extended family and friends.
