He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard and Marion. He is survived by: his wife Lucy Kennedy; his daughters, Kim Courage (Derrick) and Cheri Belbin; his grandchildren, Samantha Corcoran (Michael), Jake Belbin and Amy Belbin; his great grandchildren, Julian and Harrison; his brother Vic Kennedy (Frances); his close friend Dana Flynn; his caregiver Samantha Walsh; and also Peter Belbin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.
Flowers gratefully accepted, or donation's in David's memory may be made to the Janeway Children's Hospital.
