He was predeceased by: his father Walter Lee; his brother Michael; his niece Cheryl Crewe; his parents-in-law, John and Kathleen Grenning; and his sister-in-law Yvonne Fleming.

He is survived by: his wife Donna; his sons, Derrick (Cait) and Andrew (Erica); his grandsons, Blake, Hunter, Parker and Cameron; his pet Mia; his mother Bertha (Tom); his siblings, Carol Ann Crewe (Terry), Bob Lee (Karen), Diane James (Ronnie), Cathy Pippy (Gerald), Wally Lee (Wanda), Gary Lee (Gloria), Ken Lee (Doris) and Chris Lee (Samantha); and his brother-in-law Brian Fleming. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and a large circle of friends.
