She is survived by : her daughter Shannon Steeves (Steven Batt); her grandchildren, Sophia and Jacob Batt; her son Jeffery Steeves; her siblings, Joan Allen (late Kevin) and Joe Carroll (Marie); her aunts, Josephine Newell (Dick) and Theresa O'Brien (late Tom); her siblings-in-law, David Steeves (Lori), Debbie and Diane Steeves; and her friend Jake Yetman.

A funeral service was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Trinity Church (2 Convent Ln, Torbay, NL A1K1K7).

Flowers greatly accepted or donations can be made to the SPCA or Humane Society as Donna loved animals.
