He is survived by: his wife Madonna; his sisters, Elizabeth Lacey (David) and Sharon Bishop (late Gary); his children, Tony (Cindy) and Kelly (Mark); his grandchildren, Meagan, Mitchell, Megan, Morgan, Cassidy and Zackary; and his great grandchildren, Jaxon and Caleb. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
