He was predeceased by: his parents, John Penney and Mary Penney; his siblings, John (Eileen), David, Joesph and Marie (Patrick); his parents-in-law, Anita and Phonse Halleran; his siblings-in-law, Rosilyn Halleran, John Burt and Richard Duke; his nephew Johnny Burt; his wife Bonnie; his children, Gina (Stephen) and Bobby; and his stepdaughter Karen (Robert).

He is survived by: his grandchildren, Samantha, Jada, Makenna, Jordyn, Faith, Grace, Jules and Laila. He is also survived by his family, friends.
