He is survived by : his aunt Joanie O'Leary; his parents, Francis William O'Leary (Sherry) and Carol Motty; his brothers, Greg (Jody), Rick (Karla) and Danny (Jennifer); his nieces and nephews, Luke, Jack, Daniel, Lauren, Nash and Grace; his aunt Linda Genge (Dave); and his uncles, Raymond O'Leary (Kelly) and Don Spicko.

Donations graciously accepted in Frank's memory to the L. Bliss Murphy Cancer Centre.
