With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gerald Bertram Lacey (Torbay, Newfoundland), who passed away on July 18, 2021 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Bert and Mary (Kane). He is survived by : his wife Janet (Bragg); his sons, Jerry Jr. (Gina), Jonathan and Matthew (Sheena); his grandchildren, Cruz and Evelyn; his sister Joanne (Keith); his niece Carolyn (Craig); his nephew Donny (Janice); his mother-in-law Joan Bragg; and his siblings-in-law, Sharon Ann (Frank), Debbie (Dennis), Jackie (Jack), Carrie (Paul), Joannie (Mike), Eddy (Bev), Gerry (Sheila) and Paul. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 22nd 2021 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Caul's Funeral Home (84 Lemarchant Rd, St. John's, NL A1C2G8). A funeral mass was held on Friday, July 23rd 2021 at 9:30 AM at the Mary Queen of Peace Parish (135 Torbay Rd, St. John's, NL A1A2G9).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Jerry's memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
