He is survived by: his wife Betsy (Forward); his children, David (Jennifer), Michael (Josh), Rebecca Matchem (Jon) and Emily Rogers (Jared); his grandchildren, Jena O'Brien, Deklan O'Brien, Tessa Matchem and Lydia Matchem; his siblings, George (Louise) and Denise; and his siblings-in-law, Linda Forward, Sandra Ivany (Bill), Valerie Forward, John Forward (Sandra) and Bill Forward (Donna). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, extended family members and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Caul's Funeral Home (84 Lemarchant Rd, St. John's, NL A1C2G8). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Caul's Funeral Chapel (84 Lemarchant Rd, St. John's, NL A1C2G8).
