He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Pike and Fronia Pike; his grandson Aaron Holloway; and his sister Iris Decker. He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Constance Hanrahan (Wayne), Darlene Hayes (Jason) and Kerry Pike (Melanie); his grandchildren, Tyler, Jesse, Jaden, Warner, Vann and Kennedy; his siblings, William (Linda), Bert (Mallie), Dave (Joan), Ross (Maisie), Kevin (Elaine) and Sophia Bessey (Jim); and his niece Sarah Pike.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer Society of Newfoundland and Labrador.
