He was predeceased by: his parents, Whitfield Husk and Elizabeth Husk; his brother Gerald; his niece Kelly Noseworthy; and his parents-in-law, William and Eleanor Spurrell.

He is survived by: his significant other Patsy; his children, Jackie (David Joy), Tony (Melissa), Donna (Ken Stanley), Casey (Jeff Evans), Renee (Kevin Fitzgerald) and Keith (Kathleen); his grandchildren, Michael (Stephanie), Geoff (Jess), Ryan (Susanna), Tristan, Cody, Julia (James), Tanner, Keegan, Tyler (Kayla), Kayla, Riley, Mathew and Kyle; his great grandchild Cohen; his siblings, Clarence (Debbie), Whit Jr. (Carol), Kevin (Evelyn), Barbara, Joan (Alex), Brenda, Catherine, John, Glenn (Patsy), Paul (Louise), Michelle (Keith), Bill Spurrell (Florence), Ron Spurrell (Florence), Gerry Spurrell and Betty Judges; and his sister-in-law Eleanor Spurrell. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.

Despite COVID-19 the greatest gift Herb was given was his great-grandson, Cohen, who brought so much joy to grandpa this past year.
