He is survived by: his wife Ellen Bolger (Manning); his children, Tina (Lorne), Stephanie (Craig), James (Lisa) and Johnny (Colleen); his grandchildren, Kathryn, Victoria, Ella, Ashley, Danielle, Heather, Brittany, Spencer and Alicia; his great grandchildren, Brody and Colton; his siblings, Maureen Bolger (late Hubert), Eleanor Lyons (late Al), Marguerite Cameron (Dave), Vivian Ridgely (James), Gordon Bolger (Ann) and Micheal Bolger (Cynthia); and his caregivers, Sheila Miller, Patty Vandermark and James. He is also survived by in-laws, nieces, nephews, and many friends.
