He is survived by: his children, Chantel, Jason, Angel and Annamarie; his parents, Karl and Rita; his sister Laura; his nephew Kurtis; his niece Kerriann; his grandchildren, Declan, Logan, Briella and Hayden; his great-niece Alaya; his aunts, Diane, Pauline (David), Irene (Howard) and Jacquie (Dale); and his friend Alberta.
