He was predeceased by: his grandmother Lillian Bungay. He is survived by: his parents, Sharone Blanchard and Hayward Blanchard; his sister Jessica Duff (Matthew Duff); his niece Emma Duff; his nephew Joshua Duff; and his grandfather Robert Bungay. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.
