She was predeceased by: her husband Philip; her son Bill; and her grandson Vernon. She is survived by: her children, Brenda Collett (Max), Mary Baker (Calvin), Lorraine Pittman (Jim) and Mike Keough (Debbie); and her grandchildren, Vaughn Collett (Kim), Robert Collett, Paul Collett (Ashton), Mary Beth Collett (Gabriel), Ryan Baker (Lindsey), Gregory Pittman, Alison Jeffers (Matthew), Emily and Philip Keough. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews and her friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Kay's memory may be made to the Basilica Parish of St. John the Baptist.
