We are sad to announce that on March 17, 2024, at the age of 93, Laura Cardwell (Torbay, Newfoundland) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband J. Robert Cardwell (Bob); her parents, Captain Edward and Susanna O'Keefe; and her siblings, Harold, Molly, Elizabeth and Sharron.
She is survived by: her children, Edward (Brenda), James (Evelyn), Laura Piercey (Steve) and Marilyn Thompson (Glenn); her siblings, Pat O'Keefe and Bertha Aymond; her sisters-in-law, Beth Grant and Joyce Mercer (Dave); and her grandchildren, Adam (Nicole), Emily (Blair), Krista (Brad), Andrew, Jeff (Brandi), Matthew (Celeste), Danielle (Morgan), Sheldon (Paige), Stephen, Tiffani (Brandon) and Kyra. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
