He was predeceased by: his parents, Hector Martin and Blanche Martin; and his grandsons, Christopher Codner and Andrew Keating. He is survived by: his wife Bridget; his children, Dianne Codner (Derek), Linda Keating, Nicole Garrett (Len McGlynn), Helen Laird and Paul (Tina Colangelo); his grandchildren, Laura Gee (Robert), Stephen Codner, Kimberly Higdon (Adam), Bradley Garrett, Gregory and Emily Laird; his great grandchildren, Tyler, Ashley Gee, Coby Garrett, Chloe Higdon, Adeline Quintero Laird, Amara and Anook Laird; his sisters, Rita Verner (late Jean Claude) and Nicole Martin (Gaetan Lamarche) of Quebec; and his siblings-in-law, Ronald, Anita Murphy, Margaret, Cyril Cooke, Shan Johnson, Sheila, Jim Miller, Helen Pearcey, Eric Brookings, Genevieve Marrie, Bill Filatre and Gary Black.
