Mary Maud Tizzard Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Maud Tizzard (Torbay, Newfoundland), who passed away on September 14, 2022 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Skanes and Mary Skanes; her siblings, Greg Skanes (Sue), Jack Skanes, Joan Dyer (Richard) and Chrissy Skanes; her parents-in-law, Charlie and Mary Tizzard; and her sister-in-law Libby Abbott (Boyd).
She is survived by: her friend Mary Maud Tizzard; her husband Mike; her sons, Michael (Jillian), Stephen (Erin) and Scott (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Nathan, Patrick, Julianne, Clare and Jeremiah; her siblings, Glen Skanes (Pam), Art Skanes (Christine), Irene Bailey (Roy) and Paula Dunn (David); her siblings-in-law, Robert (Rosemary), Charlie (Sandy), Sheila Bellows, Frances Tizzard and Mary Tizzard Dean; and her niece Lisa. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and lifelong friends.
