She was predeceased by: her husband William "Bill" Mercer; her parents, John Cunningham and Annie Cunningham; her sister Patricia "Patsy" Cunningham; her children, William Joseph Mercer Jr. and Elizabeth Ann Marsh; her in-laws, Malcolm and Ethel Mercer; and her brothers-in-law, John Cummings and Paul Cardoulis.
She is survived by: her son John (Susan); her grandchildren, Melissa, Megan (Dee) and Mitchell (Julie); and her siblings, Marie Collins (Tom), Jack Cunningham (Diann), Sister Ann John, Jim Cunningham (Betty), Sharon Cunningham, Mike Cunningham, Eileen Cummings, Bob Cunningham (Maxine), Richard Cunningham (Diane), Madonna Cardoulis and Paul Cunningham (Corinna). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, in-laws, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM at the Caul's Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Caul's Chapel. The inurnment will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at the Kilbride R. C. Cemetery.
