She is survived by: her husband Jonathan; her children, Blake and Everly; her parents, Debbie Maynard and Neil Maynard; her mother-in-law Bernice (Len); her siblings-in-law, Jason (Tammy), Justin (Ashley) and Julie; her close friend Katie Yetman; Erin, Donnacha Cavanagh, Kayla, Chad Waterman and Elaine Kane. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews.
