We bid farewell to Merviell Rose (Torbay, Newfoundland), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on September 11, 2024 at the age of 77. Merviell touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert and Nellie; his brothers, Fred, Wayne and Reg (Jessie); his parents-in-law, Mary Rees (Courish) and Douglas Rees; and his siblings-in-law, Doug, Patrick, Patricia and Yvonne.
He is survived by: his wife Jennette; his stepchildren, Bob, Bonnie, Mark and Paul; his sisters, Pearl, Marie, Hazel and Gladys; his in-laws, Mary (Ches), Kay (Bruce), Diane and Donna; and his nephew Steve.
In Lieu of flowers, donations in Merv's memory can be made to the St. John's Food Bank.
