He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Mullins and Mary Mullins; his nephew Tyler; and his brother-in-law Randy. He is survived by: his significant other Betty; his children, David, Joan (Tom), Angela (Chris), Renee (Rick), Kelly and Kenny; and his siblings, Helen (Frank), Paulette (John), Mary (Vern), Patricia, Marie (Bill), Gerald (Carmel), Richard (Jeanette), George (Cindy) and Brian (Marina). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren; as well as many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
