She was predeceased by: her husband Pat Ryan; her parents, Thomas Edstrom and Selina Edstrom; her siblings, Jim, Phillip, Mary Comeau and Elizabeth; her son-in-law Kevin Simmons; and her grandsons, Jacob Simmons and Jake.
She is survived by: her siblings-in-law, Ron Ryan, Leo Ryan, Bill Woods and Ruth; her children, Brenda Simmons, Karen Linfield (John), Carolyn Ryan (David Clark), Patrick Ryan (Melissa), Annette Ryan (Sean Rogers) and Kevin Ryan (Marcella); her granddaughter Janna Simmons; her children, Jason, Adam, Alex Ryan, Ned, Keelin Rogers, Seamus and Emmylou Ryan; her stepgrandchildren, Matt, Jena and Madeline; her stepgreat-grandchild Quebec; and her siblings-in-law, Leona Edstrom, Helena Woods, Sr., Mary Ryan and Paul Comeau. She is also survived by extended family as well as a legion of friends.
