He was predeceased by: his parents, Stan Murphy and Hazel Murphy; his brothers, Sid (Irene) and Rob; his in-laws, Jim and Bertha Janes; and his siblings-in-law, Trish, Bride, Betty, Cathy and Jimmy.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his son Jason (Susan); his granddaughters, Ava and Emma; his sisters, Carol Whalen and Daphne Ryan; his siblings-in-law, Mary Strugnell, George and Gerard; his nephew Danny Murphy; his aunt Mary Harris; and his caregivers, Stephanie Powers and Lori Greene.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Caul's Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Rick's memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
