She was predeceased by : her husband Edward; and her siblings, Agnes, Louise, Ruth and Danny.
She is survived by : her daughters, Patricia King (Joe) and Judy Malone (Ken); her grandsons, Brian Malone (Laura) and Colin Malone (Ann); her great grandchildren, Ella, Eva and Grady Malone; and her sister-in-law Maureen O'Neill.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Rita's memory may be made to the Janeway Children's Hospital.
