He was predeceased by: his parents, Stella Lewis and Wilson Lewis. He is survived by: his sister Janet George (Lewis); his nieces, Cassandra Phillips (Josh) and Kimberly LaRocke (Catlin); and his nephew Trevor Norman (Angelica). He is also survived by 4 great nieces and 3 great nephews.
