He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Codner and Lizzie Codner; his wife Eileen Byrne; his brothers, Richard and Dick; his parents-in-law, Mike and Emmie Byrne; and his siblings-in-law, Doug, Ken, Jack, Leo Byrne and Gerri Codner.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa (Danny O'Flaherty) and Susan (Matthew Alcock); his grandsons, Evan Codner, Liam and Ryan Clark; his siblings, Neville, John Hickey (Brenda), Enid (Wayne Penney), Beulah (Frank Pittman) and Vicky (Gary Stone); and his siblings-in-law, Jerry (Emily), David, Michael (Gen), Joseph, Ronnie (Anne), Maureen (Pat Glynn), Bridget, Tish (Laura Wolfson) and Helen. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended relatives, friends.
