He was loved and cherished by many people including: his granddaughter Abigail; his wife Debbie; his daughter Chelsea Rowe (Shane); his grandsons, Benjamin and Brayden; his parents, William Parrott and Margaret Parrott; and his sisters, Donna (Rob) and Kim (Vince).
