She was predeceased by : her parents, John Sullivan and Lena Sullivan. She is survived by : her husband Terry Cullen; her son Marc (Tracey); her grandchildren, Meghan and Tate; her son Steven (Beth-Anne); her grandsons, Andrew and Austin; her son Scott (Noelle); her grandchildren, Peyton and Keira; her siblings, Maureen Sullivan (Hugh), Carole Squires (Ron Taylor), Heather Parrell (Chris), Patricia Sullivan Cullen and John Sullivan (Diane); and her siblings-in-law, David Downey (Sharon), Barbara Thomas (Keith), Karen Squires and Paul Cullen (Helen Penney). She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Flowers will be generously accepted and any donations can be made in her memory to the Janeway Children's Hospital.
