He is survived by: his brother Brian; his children, Sean, Amy and Brian; his grandchildren, Alex, Kara and Gavin Fitzpatrick; his friends, Janeatt Harris, Byron and Wilf; and his wife Catherine Lois Fitzpatrick (MacLaughlan).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations in Terry's memory be made to Heavenly Creatures or Beagle Paws, both organizations were close to his heart.
