He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth; his son Philip (Jess); his stepdaughter Julisa (Hunter); his brother Gary (Brenda); his parents-in-law, William and Judy Collins; his brother-in-law Wade Collins (Paula); his nieces and nephews, Lynette, Janine, Emma, Katie, Ron (Karen), Rod, Colin, Kaden, Brady, Ryan and Cole; and the mother of his child Jocelyn (Edgar).
