We are sad to announce that on April 6, 2024, at the age of 65, Wayne Layman (Torbay, Newfoundland) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Wayne Layman to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Carrie Layman and Ern Layman. He is survived by : his significant other Geraldine (McGrath); his siblings, Ernie (Clare), Wally (Monica) and Barb Nolan (Mike); his mother-in-law Lucy McGrath; his siblings-in-law, Michelle McGrath (Chris Lane) and Michael McGrath (Eva); and his uncle Wal Layman. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 8th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Tuesday, April 9th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, April 10th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Basilica of St. John the Baptist (200 Military Rd, St. John's, NL A1C2E8).

As expressions of sympathy, flowers are gratefully accepted (which Wayne loved) or donations in Wayne's memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
