He was predeceased by: his son Wayne Joseph; his parents, Joe Bulger and Violet Bulger; his brother Ken; his parents-in-law, Peter and Stella Lundrigan; and his siblings-in-law, Linda Bulger, Geraldine Bulger, Sadie Parsons, Lorraine Doyle and Gerry Butler.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Bulger; his siblings, John (Bobbi) and Paula; his siblings-in-law, John Lundrigan (Aune), Pat Lundrigan (Marilyn) and Margie Butler; his siblings' children, Nicole and Gerry; and also Auggie. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews.
