He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his children, Anthony, William, Jasmine (Chris), Ashlee (Adrian) and Chad (Hailey); his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Hudson, Noah, Jayden and Parker; his siblings, Diane Smith (Wayne), Doreen Raikou, Debbie Scott, Elizabeth Moore, Barb Rumsey (Myles), Darrell Scott, Duane Scott and Larry Scott; his sisters-in-law, Jo Winter Scott, Patsy Scott and Ruby Scott; and his nephew Mike Scott.
Flowers are gratefully accepted at the family home, or donations may be made in Billy's memory to the Janeway Children's Hospital Foundation.
