He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sr. DeBourke and Mary DeBourke; and his sister Joan Anderson. He is survived by: his wife Rose DeBourke; his daughter Sheri Lynn; his grandchildren, Coady and Tyana; his siblings, Maureen Anderson (Ken), Edward (Rose) and Pat; his nephew Chris DeBourke; his siblings-in-law, Helen Crawford (David), Linda (Donna), Walter, Bill (Marcella), Robert, Harold (Brenda) and Dennis; and his niece Annette Williams.

In lieu of flowers, donations in William's memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Canadian Mental Health Association.
