He was predeceased by: his wife Nora Hartery; his parents, Michael Hartery and Bride Hartery; his sisters, Sister Mary-Kieran, Theresa, Frances, Nellie and Josephine; and his son Edward Coombs.
He is survived by: his children, Michael (Kim), Alfred (Leanie) and Roddy (Carol Ann); his daughter-in-law Marian; and his grandchildren, Edward, Chris, Darrell, Daniel (Emilie), Cassandra, Mackenzie, Braedon, Jillian (Jack), Madison, Connor and Ben. He is also survived by family, he leaves behind many nieces, nephews, and great friends.
