He was predeceased by: his parents, Hebert Jenkins and Lydia Jenkins; his former wife Rose; his wife Lucy; his siblings, Loretta (Allan), Ruby (Gordon) and Roy Jenkins; his brother-in-law Harold Nippard; and his niece Susan Nippard.
He is survived by: his children, Karen (Dean), Cordell (Deanne) and Jody (Cindy); his grandchildren, Kelsei (Andrew), Todd (Melody), Brad (Brittany), Carter (Reegan) and Max (Alexis); his great grandchild George; his siblings-in-law, Shirley Jenkins and Allister Dalley (Irene); and his sibling's children, Marilyn, Carolyn, Shelia, Wanda Lee, Glenn and Bruce. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 28th 2026 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Isles Funeral Home (2 Whitehorns Hill, Twillingate, NL A0G0B7). A funeral service was held on Sunday, March 1st 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Central United Church (91 Main St, Twillingate, NL A0G4M0).
Donations in Carl's memory may be given to the Twillingate New World Island Minor Hockey Association.
