He was predeceased by: his parents, Hebert Jenkins and Lydia Jenkins; his former wife Rose; his wife Lucy; his siblings, Loretta (Allan), Ruby (Gordon) and Roy Jenkins; his brother-in-law Harold Nippard; and his niece Susan Nippard.
He is survived by: his children, Karen (Dean), Cordell (Deanne) and Jody (Cindy); his grandchildren, Kelsei (Andrew), Todd (Melody), Brad (Brittany), Carter (Reegan) and Max (Alexis); his great grandchild George; his siblings-in-law, Shirley Jenkins and Allister Dalley (Irene); and his nieces and nephews, Marilyn, Carolyn, Shelia, Wanda Lee, Glenn and Bruce. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Donations in Carl's memory may be given to the Twillingate New World Island Minor Hockey Association.
