He was predeceased by : his wife Marjorie Churchill; and his parents, Elisus White and Maude White. He is survived by : his children, Kathy Fudge (David), David (Rainy), Bryan and Bruce (Bonny); and his grandchildren, Christopher, Corey, Jamie, Jason, Davin, Jerry, Jeela, Janelle, Jordan, Jodana, Alex, Zach, Skyler, Shondra and Julian. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended relatives and friends.
