He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Dalley and Joy Dalley; and his siblings-in-law, Louise Dalley, Pauline Oxford, Rupert Reddick and Guy Reddick.
He is survived by: his wife Vivian; his siblings, George (Thelma), Max (Joyce), Ray (Tina), Gary (Lorraine) and Brenda (Colin); his siblings-in-law, Rex Reddick, Lorraine Huelin (Richard), Phyllis Diamond (Lorne) and Irene Shea (Doug); and his nieces and nephews, Sherry-Lynn, Sara, Keith, Jessica, Andrew, Mark, Nicole, Sheldon, Gregory, Lacey, Raymond, Vanessa, Holly, Alyson, Kirk and Justin. He is also survived by his family and friends.
Donations in Cyril's memory may be given to the Central United Church, Twillingate or to the Lion's Den Playground, Twillingate.
