He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Hicks and Ettie Hicks; his wife Ada; and his siblings, Pansy, Gladys, Laura, Frank and Lleweyn.
He is survived by: his children, Ron (Raf), Wallace (Sandra), Roy (Barbara), Gloria (Ivan), Randy, Barry (Carol), Roger (Cindy) and Jo Ann; his grandchildren, Michelle, Patti, Melissa, Carlene, Krystle, Lacy, Janice, Joey, Jade, Jared, Jody, Kaleigh and Nicole; his great grandchildren, Zach, Hope, Sadie, Reid, Larkin, Cooper, Claire, Joshua, Rosie, Maddie, Olivia, Eva, Leah and Jacob; and his siblings, Goldie (Bob), Lloyd (Elizabeth) and Ivan (Marguerite). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Donations in Harvey's memory may be given to the Twillingate Volunteer Fire Dept.
