It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maxwell Alonzo Jenkins (Twillingate, Newfoundland), who passed away on November 19, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mabel Jenkins and Allan Jenkins; his wife Hilda Pearl Abbott; his son Peter; his grandson Joey; and his brothers, Walter Jenkins and Hubert Jenkins.

He is survived by: his daughters, Verna Clarke and Debra Young (Barry); his daughter-in-law Joan Jenkins; his grandchildren, Jamie (Kim), Jeffery, Justine (Peter) and Jody (Amanda); his great grandchildren, Shelby (Craig), Charlotte, Jayden, Parker and Adalynn; his great great grandchild Issac; and his sisters-in-law, Dorothy Stagg and Marjorie Jenkins. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
