He was predeceased by : his mother Hilda Jenkins; and his grandparents, Allen, Mabel Jenkins, Peter and Alice Abbott.

He is survived by : his wife Joan; his children, Justine Watkins (Peter), Joey Jenkins (Niki) and Jody Jenkins (Amanda); his grandchildren, Jayden, Parker and Adalynn; his father Maxwell Jenkins; and his sisters, Verna Clarke and Debra Young (Barry).
