He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Earle and Daphne Earle; his in-laws, Eddie and Rita Hamlyn; his brother-in-law Jim Hamlyn; and his nephew Jerry Stockley.
He is survived by: his wife Geraldine; his daughters, Michelle (Randy), Cathy (Perry) and Tina; his grandchildren, Sarah (Brad), Adam (Robyn), Josh (Angel), Stefan, Emily (Jesse), Marco and Brooklyn; his great grandchildren, Georgia, Ben, Caroline, Kai, Jack, Elliot and Casey; his siblings, Louise (Melvin), Helen (Calvin) and Gail (Ramon); and his in-laws, Barry (Letty), Barbara, Victor (Beverly), Loretta (Kevin), Rosemarie (Gordon) and Jacqueline (Lloyd). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Flowers will be greatly accepted, and memorial donations may be given to developing a musical library at the Twillingate Elementary School in memory of Roy.
