She was predeceased by : her husband David Alfred Luscombe; her parents, Gordon Jenkins and Ettie Jenkins; her siblings, Roy and Louisa; and her sister-in-law Janet.

She is survived by : her children, Craig (Lena), Lisa (Paul), Grant (Jennifer) and Kelly (Craig); her grandchildren, Emma, Marc, Lauren, Kayla, Andrew and Julia; her sisters, Patricia (Cyril), Josephine (Grayson) and Peggy (Harold); her siblings-in-law, Jessie and Judy; and her close friends, Marie and Joe Vaters. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Donations may be made in Sandra's memory to the Epilepsy Newfoundland and Labrador.

“I am so sorry to hear of Sandra passing. I met Sandra at the General Hospital taking our Nursing course. We hit it off, She was a lovely person full of fun & laughter. Sandra was a kind lady. Over the years we lost contact. A few years a go I got into searching for everyone& i got us together. We were all like kids again. Sandra was so delighted as us all . I will always have wonderful memories of our times together . God Bless her ,RIP my dear friend . Doreen”
