He was predeceased by: his parents, Eldred Drover and Emma Drover; his siblings, John, Stanley, Eldred, Arch, Gordon, Dorothy and Gertie; and his siblings-in-law, Clyde, Lewellyn, Ralph, Bill, Will, Mary, Gladys, Joyce and Kay The.

He is survived by: his wife Blanche; his children, Alvina (Jeff), Charmane (Michael) and Alvin (Pauline); his grandchildren, Terri Lee (Scott), Justin (Lucy), Jordan (Lindsey), Emily, Erica, Colby, Cassie, Allie and Amber; his great grandchildren, Adalyn, Charlie, Maci and Scarlett; his sisters, Gwennie and Rowena; and his sisters-in-law, Enid and Ruby. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, as expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Alvin Drover Memorial Fund.
