He was predeceased by : his parents, Matthew Clarke and Violet Clarke; his siblings, Lewis Clarke (Phoebe), George Clarke and Maisie Noftle (Clarence); his niece Renee Power; and his parents-in-law, Llewelyn and Alfreda Drover.

He is survived by : his wife Bernice Clarke; his children, Carol Mercer (Dean), Wayne Clarke (Marjorie) and Tracy Seymour (Chad); his grandchildren, Taylor of Madison, R. J., Logan, Tanner and Chloe; his siblings, Gwen Smith and Freeman Clarke; and his sisters-in-law, Florence Clarke, Lillian Drover and Linda Drover.
